- The product has not been tampered with, damaged by the customer, or used.

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed
- Products returned after the 30-day return window
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or negligence by the customer
- Products purchased during special clearance promotions (unless defective)
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Step 2: Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 3 business days.
- Step 3: Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.
- Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund.
5. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to:

8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
9. Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Customers)
If you are a customer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). To exercise this right:

- Return the product in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of notifying us.
- We will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that have been opened after delivery where the seal has been broken, due to health protection and hygiene reasons.
